“Everyone on the team has a responsibility. I try to anticipate our client’s needs, so that they can meet their schedules and objectives. My experience allows me to understand the importance of this.”

Gerry studied Architectural Science at Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in Toronto. Upon completion he was employed by the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) to assist in the reconstruction of the galleries. At the ROM, Gerry was responsible for construction documentation, contract administration, and field review. Five years later he relocated to Ottawa and continued in a similar role for several years. Since 1994, when Gerry joined N45, he has worked on the innovative site-cast, insulated, load bearing concrete structures. His depth of knowledge in this field is vast and his detail coordination skills are thorough. These skills enhance the expertise of the N45 team on a complete thorough set of construction documents.
